100 gr, butter
60 g, sugar
2 pinches of salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 gr. wheat flour
100 gr, walnut flour
30 gr, peeled walnuts, chopped
1.Mix the butter, previously removed from the fridge and left creamy, with the sugar and salt until everything is integrated.
2.Add the wheat flour and walnut flour with the whole egg and the vanilla extract. Mix everything well until it is a compact mass.
3.Wrap with a plastic wrap and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 or 40 minutes.
4.Divide the dough into 20 pieces and roll each piece to form the cookies.
5.Make a few notches and put the pieces of walnuts on top.
6.Beat the yolk and milk and paint over the cookies
7.Bake for 12 or 14 minutes in oven at 170 - 180º
