
Almond and walnut cake
Ingredients
5 eggs
159gr sugar
250gr ground almonds
100gr peeled walnuts
6 pitted dates

Preparation
1.Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the ground almonds and chop half of the walnuts and add them to the mixture.
2.Pour the mixture into a mold and garnish on top with the rest of the walnuts and the chopped dates.
3.Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180º, medium position.
