Lamb’s lettuce, leeks and walnut croquettes

  • Ingredients

    1 package of lamb's lettuce

    300 gr of leeks

    5 or 6 walnuts

    Chicken soup

    20gr flour

    20gr of butter

    150 ml milk

    Salt

    Pepper

    A little nutmeg

    Egg

    Bread crumbs

Lamb’s lettuce, leeks and walnut croquettes

Preparation:

  1. Cut the leeks into julienne strips and fry with a little oil over low heat until tender.
  2. Add the chopped lamb's lettuce and leave for a few minutes, remove them and add the crushed walnuts to the pan, stir and reserve.
  3. Make the béchamel sauce, add the mixture and combine everything.
  4. Pour into a pole, cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
  5. Make the croquettes by passing them through egg flour and breadcrumbs, frying.
