Green bean salad with walnuts and feta cheese

  • Ingredients:

    - 1 kg cooked green beans

    - 2 cloves of garlic

    - Feta cheese

    - Peeled nuts

    - 4 tablespoons Olive Oil

    - 1 lemon

    - Chopped fresh parsley

    - Salt

    - Pepper

Green bean salad with walnuts and feta cheese

Preparation

1.In a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the sliced garlic over medium-low heat.

2.Drain the cooked green beans and add to the pan when the garlic begins to brown. Sauté for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.

3.Then, in a bowl we put the beans and add crumbled feta cheese and some peeled walnuts.

4.Make the dressing with the olive oil, the juice of one lemon, the chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

5.Add the dressing to the salad and mix.

 

Ideal and light recipe both hot and cold!
