Beet, arugula and walnut salad recipe
Ingredients
2 beets, peeled and cooked
50 grams of chopped walnuts
1 cup of fresh arugula
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar, optional

Preparation
Preparation is very easy.
1.Cut the already cooked beets with the cut that you like the most. Once cut, reserve.
2.Cut and drizzle with a little freshly squeezed lemon
3.Clean and slice the arugula
4.Mix the beets, arugula, chopped walnuts, and feta cheese (optional).
Tip: We recommend that you place the beet in each serving at the time of serving, so you avoid the vegetable pigmenting the other ingredients.
5.When it is served, season, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
